Return to Exercise Postpartum class- Mommy and Me

Mondays 11 am-12pm 

Starting 2/5, 2/12,2/19, 2/26 

Lead by a Pelvic Floor  Physical Therapist


For newly postpartum- 6 weeks to 6 months

Must be cleared by OB to return to exercise. If you are not a current Body WorkShop Client please reach out to schedule a pelvic floor and diastasis recti  assessment prior to the start date.  

This class you will learn how to connect with pelvic floor while bonding  with your  baby, and meet other new moms

You will learn how to: 

  • Reconnect with pelvic floor and regain core strength 

  • Learn how to do a correct kegel 

  • Gain clarity on postpartum exercise progression 

  • Alleviate Pain goals 

  • Postpartum body mechanics 

  • Address Urinary Incontinence (leakage)

  • Evaluate  for Diastasis Recti (Abdominal separation) and learn the body’s normal  changes

  • Address Painful Sex
