We are in network providers for CDPHP commercial insurance plans. For all other insurance companies we are out of network  and payments are collected at the time of service.  Coverage varies so we can discuss this on an individual basis when we verify your benefits. We verify before you start so you know how much you will be responsible for prior to starting physical therapy. We do take HSA and FSA. Upon request, we provide an invoice/superbill in order for you to get reimbursed based on your benefits.

We do offer a Sliding scale for physical therapy sessions to make therapy more affordable for people with a limited income. Please reach out to complete a financial hardship form. We do not want financial difficulties to be a barrier preventing people from seeking PT services.
Yes, if you are unable to attend in person we do offer virtual Physical therapy sessions.
Initial evaluations are 60 minutes-  follow up PT sessions are offered at 30, 45 minutes or 60 minute increments.
No. In the state of New York, you can be seen by a physical therapist for 30 days or 10 visits without a doctor’s referral (aka prescription). Beyond that, we will need a doctor’s referral. If you are pregnant or newly postpartum we do ask for medical  clearance from your OB or midwife.

We treat the body as a whole. The external assessment we evaluate posture, alignment, muscle strength, range of motion, and perform a diastasis recti assessment. The pelvic floor is part of the body that is sometimes overlooked, and can be assessed internally or externally. We are trained to perform both. The internal assessment we assess connection, strength, coordination, and endurance pelvic floor muscles. An internal assessment is never required you have the right to decline.
